High-temperature grease, resistant to chemicals
Description
gleitmo 593 is an outstanding special grease based on synthetic oil and White Solid Lubricant.
gleitmo 593 is a good lubricant for elastomer and plastic parts, it will not cause any changes in these materials. It can be used in vacuum.
Fields of application
From an economic point of view, the use of gleitmo 593 is recommendable for lubrication points exposed to high temperatures, in presence of aggressive media, for permanent lubrication and for further applications, where other lubricants cannot meet the requirements: Roller bearings in slowly running conveyor chains, drying systems, enamelling ovens, cleaning and washing plants, furnace carriages, automatic baking ovens, calanders and slow speed bearings for similar requirements.
Further applications are rubber and plastic parts, furthermore precision engineering like optical and photographical equipment, engineering and electrical appliances, as well as goldplated electric contacts.
Method of application
Bearings and sliding surfaces should be carefully cleaned with special solvents. Please be aware of our Technical Information for PFPE-greases.
Note
For use in oxygen applications, this lubricant is available under the name gleitmo 593 (OX), product code 459. This quality is approved and certified by BAM, German Institute for Testing Materials.
